PURPOSE: A secret document control system and a control method for opening and closing a gate are provided to sense the classified document and make the record about transferring the classified document. CONSTITUTION: A document sensing unit(210) transmits the sensing signal to a monitoring control unit after sensing an EM label attached to a classified document. In case a command is transmitted from a control unit, an entry restrict unit(240) closes the exiting gate. An export application database stores the information related to a request for a specific secret document. In case the condition is not included in the database, the control unit transfers a gate shut down command.
