PURPOSE: A grinder wheel connecting apparatus is provided to transmit power immediately when fixed and to minimize vibration of a grinder wheel. CONSTITUTION: A grinder wheel connecting apparatus comprises a plurality of fixing grooves(10) which are formed on both sides of a grinder wheel shaft for separation prevention and power transmission, and a fastening unit(20). The fastening unit comprises a fixing member(25) with a threaded section(21) and accommodating holes(22), a holding member(28), and a fixing nut(29). The fixing member in which the grinder wheel shaft is inserted is connected to a spindle on one side and has the threaded section on the outer surface of the other side. Fixing balls(B) are accommodated in the accommodating holes to be inserted to or separated from the fixing grooves. The holding member is moved by a spring(S) fitted to the exterior of the fixing member, and has a protrusion on the inner surface thereof to press and hold the fixing balls. The fixing nut is inserted to one side of the holding member and coupled with the threaded section of the fixing member to keep the holding member from separating.
