PURPOSE: A composite lining board is provided to increase tension and shearing force and to improve durability and resistivity for fatigue stress. CONSTITUTION: A composite lining board comprises a bottom plate(10), a supporter(30), a fastener(40), an expanded metal(50), an angle support(60), a cushion unit(70). A third bent plate(140) and a short side plate(150) are connected to the bottom plate. The bottom plate has a space filled with concrete. The supporter is combined in four inner edges of the bottom plate. The fastener is arranged and combined in the four inner edges of the bottom plate and unitizes the bottom plate and the concrete. The expanded metal is located on top of the fastener and prevents shrinkage breakage and crack of the concrete. The angle supporter is located on both side of the lower part of bottom plate. The cushion unit is mounted on bottom of the angle supporter, absorbs impact and prevents slipping of the composite lining board. |
