<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen deterioration by heat of a movable separating film by avoiding to bring the movable separating film into contact with a heating surface in a liquid delivering head in which a foaming liquid heated by a heating element and a delivering liquid are separated by the separating film. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A foaming liquid chamber R2 is formed between the movable separating film 113 and a substrate 100. A delivering liquid chamber R1 separated from a foaming region is formed between the movable separating film 113 and an delivering opening forming member 140. The movable separating film 113 is shifted when the foaming liquid in the foaming liquid chamber R2 is foamed by heat of the heating element 101, whereby the delivering liquid in the delivering liquid chamber R1 is delivered from a delivering opening 141. A displacement regulating part 130 is provided in the foaming liquid chamber R2, which regulates the displacement at the time when the movable separating film 113 is displaced to the heating part 101 side.
