<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which the windshield glass of vehicles such as automobiles has no configuration to display traveling information thereon. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A front window 3 is configured by overlapping and joining a liquid-crystal panel or liquid-crystal membrane 2 on part or all of a windshield glass 1 for a vehicle. Traveling information, such as a traveling speed, engine speed, and remaining fuel amount, is transmitted to a liquid-crystal display conversion device 4. Traveling information, such as the traveling speed, engine speed, and remaining fuel amount, controlled by the liquid-crystal display conversion device 4 is transmitted to the liquid-crystal panel or liquid-crystal membrane 2. The traveling information, such as the traveling speed, engine speed, and remaining fuel amount, is displayed on the front window 3 by the liquid-crystal panel or liquid-crystal membrane 2.
