PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus of a hydrazine-containing liquid capable of efficiently decomposing hydrazine in the hydrazine-containing liquid, and a treatment method of the hydrazine-containing liquid. SOLUTION: The treatment apparatus 10 of the hydrazine-containing liquid comprises a microbubble generation device 6 for generating microbubbles in hydrazine-containing wastewater L contained in a treatment tank 1, wherein hydrazine in the wastewater L is subjected to decomposition treatment by the microbubbles from the microbubble generation device 6.
