<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for controlling a curl amount of a recording material on a delivery part by modifying a fixing condition of a fixing device corresponding to the delivery part in the image forming apparatus provided with the delivery part such as a plurality of delivery trays. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 includes the fixing device 60 for thermally fixing toner images on the recording material P with a fixing belt 63 having a thermal source and a pressure roller 62 pressing the fixing belt 63, and the delivery parts 91, 92 loading the recording material P thermally fixing the toner images. The image forming apparatus 1 includes a plurality of the delivery parts 91, 92 and modifies the fixing condition of the fixing device 60 in response to the delivery parts 91, 92 loading the recording material P after thermally fixing.
