Provided is a structure for mounting a fuel cell battery on a vehicle which can reduce a pressure loss of a gas channel of a fuel cell battery. Provided is a structure for mounting a fuel cell battery (10) on a vehicle in which a fuel cell stack (52) of cells (51) having end portions in the layering direction which are supported by an end plate (50) is mounted on a vehicle with the layering direction of the cells (51) aligned along the vehicle right-left direction, and an off-gas of an oxidizing gas from the fuel cell stack (52) is exhausted via a diluter (21) from a vehicle rear portion as compared to the fuel cell stack (52).  A confluence portion (65) of an exhaust manifold (63) for guiding the off-gas of the oxidizing gas of the fuel cell stack (52) is arranged at a vehicle front portion on the end plate (50).
