<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive paste composition which is inexpensive, can form a high-definition pattern, and has high adhesive strength as a thin film to ceramic, silicon and glass substrates. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive paste composition includes (A) aluminum powder, (B) glass powder, (C) an alkali-soluble resin, (D) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, and (E) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein a content of the glass powder (B) to 100 wt.%, in total, of the aluminum powder (A) and the glass powder (B) is 10-70 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
