PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding machine that suppresses or prevents excessive pressure application to a member to be welded during welding even when the member to be welded is welded at high temperature, and to provide a method of manufacturing a multilayer printed wiring board using the same. SOLUTION: Heaters 102a and 102b are mounted on welding bits 11a and 11b of the welding machine which welds structural components of an inner layer of the multilayer printed wiring board at predetermined places with heater bits 131a and 131b (heater fitting components) respectively. Then heater bits 131a and 131b respectively include adjusting members 12a and 12b as stoppers which restrict approach of the welding bits 11a and 11b. The welding bits 11a and 11b and adjusting members 12a and 12b respectively have mutually similar thermal deformation characteristics at least at welding temperature. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
