PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator provided with an atomization part within a storage chamber, the atomization part spraying a stable spraying quantity of mist while simplifying a device for supplying water. SOLUTION: The refrigerator includes a dew condensation possibility determination means which detects a state of the storage chamber and determines dew condensation possibility to the atomization part 131, and a control means which operates a voltage application part 132 when dew condensation is possible as the result of the dew condensation possibility determination means, and stops the voltage application part when dew condensation is impossible. Accordingly, the atomization part is operated only when dew condensation water is collected from moisture by inflow of external air or transpiration of vegetables or the like by detecting the environment within the storage chamber, and a stable spraying quantity of mist is surely sprayed.
