PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for flexibly accommodating start-up/termination sequences in a plurality of power supply channels and of controlling reset timing with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A power supply IC 202 includes a plurality of power supplies CH1 to CH6 and general-purpose ports 212 and 213. A first power supply group is formed of CH1 to CH3 for outputting power supply to a CPU 204 system and the port 212 for outputting a reset signal to the CPU 204, while a second power supply group is formed of CH4 to CH6 for outputting power supply to a display unit 210 and the port 213 for outputting a reset signal to a display IC 208. When SW203 is turned on, the start-up sequence of the first power supply group is started according to previously stored control information in memory in the power supply IC 202. Subsequently, the reset of the CPU 204 is canceled by the communication of the port 212 and an output of power supply by CH1 to CH3 is executed by turns.
