<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein there is a risk that oil cannot be sucked, when a suction port of a strainer slips out of the oil without being positioned inside the oil, since the oil is deviatively positioned in an oil pan by its specific gravity, when a vehicle having the oil pan takes behavior generating acceleration. <P>SOLUTION: This oil pan has an oil pan inner layer part 12 for positioning the suction port 15a of the strainer 15 connected to an oil pump in the stored oil O and deformably movably installed in the direction along an oil surface, and an oil pan outer layer part 13 for forming a space separated from the oil pan inner layer part 12 between the oil pan inner layer part 12 and itself by containing the oil pan inner layer part 12 and storing fluid having the specific gravity larger than the oil O in the space so as to generating the deformation movement of the oil pan inner layer part 12 when the movement of the fluid acts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
