<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam follower for a rocker arm that can easily supply lubricating oil into a bearing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cam follower includes a plurality of outer rings 11, 12 formed in cylindrical shape with outer peripheral surfaces contacting a cam 4, arranged in a direction of an axis O and having respectively equal inner diameters; a support shaft 6 journaling the plurality of outer rings 11, 12 in common; and a plurality of rollers 14 arranged in an annular region between the support shaft 6 and the outer rings 11, 12.
