<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast-concrete wall panel facilitating junctions to beams and columns and damaging no construction rationalizing effect by a precasting and a junction method for the precast-concrete wall panel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The precast-concrete wall panels 10 used as the wall bodies of a building are collected and arranged to upper and lower sections in the panels 10 respectively, and have horizontal reinforcements 12 projected outside the panels 10 and vertical reinforcements 14 collected and arranged to the lefts and the rights on the outsides of the panels 10 respectively. When the panels 10 are built in the surface of a beam-column frame, the horizontal reinforcements 12 built at regular intervals on the sides of columns 4 and projected from the panels 10 to space sections 18 and the horizontal reinforcements 20 projected and formed from the columns 4 to the space sections 18 in response to the horizontal reinforcements 12 are connected through joints 24 while the vertical reinforcements 14 having extensions for being fixed to beams 2 are collected and arranged to the space sections 18, and concrete 28 is placed in the space sections 18.
