<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent having no problems in environmental safety by improving defects of dimethyl carbonate that are slow-drying and easy freezing in the winter period. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A composition comprising dimethyl carbonate and ≤5 weight fraction acetone is provided. Defects in using dimethyl carbonate can be greatly improved by the composition.
