<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the waterproof structure of the incoming-outgoing line part of a covered wire which is excellent in dustproof and waterproof effect. <P>SOLUTION: In this waterproof structure of the incoming-outgoing line part of a covered wire where the plate part 2 of a box 1 includes a cut 3 from its edge and a two-piece type packing 4 is fitted in the cut 3, the packing 4 is of two colors consisting of a covered wire holding part 4b, which is positioned at the center of the packing, and a packing fixing part 4c, which is harder than the covered wire holding part, being positioned at its periphery.
