<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the noise and frequency characteristics to high frequency side. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The amplifier circuit 100 comprises a photodiode 101 connected to an input terminal Iin, an NPN transistor Q1 of which the base is connected to the input terminal Iin, an NPN transistor Q2 of which the base is connected to a node 141 and forming a first differential amplifying portion 121 along with the NPN transistor Q1, an NPN transistor Q3 of which the base is connected to a reference voltage terminal Vref and forming a second differential amplifying portion 122 along with the NPN transistor Q2, a first output portion 123 for outputting a signal amplified by the first differential amplifying portion 121 to a node 142, a second output portion 124 for outputting a signal amplified by the second differential amplifying portion 122 to an output terminal Vout, a resistance R1 inserted between the node 142 and the input terminal Iin, a resistance R2 inserted between the node 141 and the node 142, and a resistance R3 inserted between the node 141 and the output terminals Vout.
