PURPOSE: A luminescent sheet is provided to prevent an electrode or fluorescent layer from being damaged by coating a conductive polymer, a carbon nano tube, or the mixture thereof on a transparent electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A luminescent sheet(12') includes a substrate, a transparent electrode layer, a fluorescent layer, a dielectric layer, an electrode layer, and a protective layer. The transparent electrode layer is formed on the substrate. The transparent electrode layer is coated with one of a group made of a carbon nano tube, a conductive polymer, or the mixture thereof. The transparent electrode layer is coated by a gravure coater, a comma coater, or a knife coater. The fluorescent layer, the dielectric layer, the electrode layer, and the protective layer are successively formed on the transparent electrode layer. The fluorescent layer is made of the mixture of the inorganic phosphor and the binder or the organic phosphor and the binder. |
