<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire superior in rolling resistance and wet performance and having conductivity, capable of being manufactured by a conventional construction method without requiring a specific tire manufacturing process and requiring addition of a member and a process. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 10 is provided with: a rim strip 19 arranged on a bead part 11; and a sidewall part 16 contacted with the rim strip 19 and extending from the bead part 11 to an outer side in a tire radial direction to form a ground-contact end area of a tread part 13. On a periphery of one side or both sides side parts of the tire 10, the rim strip 19 and the sidewall part 16 are formed into a conduction passage continued by a conductive rubber material, and the conduction passage is only an energization route of the tire 10.
