PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an engine in the prior art has extremely large adverse environmental effects such as noise damage and exhaust gas. SOLUTION: In a torque motor type engine, the noise damage and the problem of the exhaust gas are eliminated and no fire occurs because a fuel tank is not required.
