<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded connector with shielding performance improved and with a simplified structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A connector connecting part 35 for connecting with a counterpart shielded connector 50 is set in protrusion outside from an inverter cover 31 with conductivity, integrally molded with the cover 31. With the counterpart shielded connector 50 while being connected with the connector connecting part 35, a shielding part S and the connector connecting part 35 are conductively connected. Inside the inverter cover 31, an insulating member 37 holding a metal terminal 36 is fixed while being inserted into the connector connecting part 35 so that the metal terminal 36 is exposed inside the connector connecting part 35.
