<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a stabilizer bush that is superior in durability and has almost no oozing-out of a rubber elastic body to a sliding face. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is used for manufacturing a stabilizer bush that is provided with a cylindrical rubber elastic body 2, which has an insertion hole 22 inserted with a stabilizer bar 92, and a cloth liner 3 that has a fixing layer 30, fixed on the inner peripheral face of the insertion hole 22 while including thermally fusing fibers 301, and a sliding layer 31 arranged on a sliding face with the stabilizer bar 92 while including fluorinated fibers. The manufacturing method includes a fusing step, in which a temperature of an inner die 42 is maintained at a temperature exceeding a melting start temperature of the thermally fusing fibers 301 in a state that the cylindrical cloth liner 3 is attached around the inner die 42 so that the sliding layer 31 is in contact with the outer peripheral face of the inner die 42 by using a molding die 4 that is provided with the rod-like inner die 42 and forms a cylindrical cavity around the inner die 42, and a molding step for molding the stabilizer bush by injecting a rubber material into the inside of the cavity of the molding die 4.
