<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which is capable of maintaining sufficient cooling efficiency for a long period of time by preventing clogging due to dust deposition on heat dissipation fins of a heat sink. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cooling device includes: a heat sink 3 being in contact with a heating element; a plurality of heat dissipation fins 4 mounted on the heat sink 3; a fan 2 for introducing cooling air to spaces between the plurality of heat dissipation fins 4; a comb-shaped dust removing component 5 which is mounted on top surface part of heat dissipation fins 4 at an inlet port of the cooling air from the fan 2 and is movable in spaces between the plurality of heat dissipation fins 4; a rack 6 coupled with the dust removing component 5; a rack 8 coupled with a button 7; and a gear 9 engaged with the rack 6 and the rack 8.
