PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive tape sticking device capable of automatically and correctly executing the work of sticking a double-sided adhesive tape to a sheet-like workpiece such as an envelope while release paper is left on the tape, favorable for mass disposal, and capable of eliminating hand work. SOLUTION: The double-sided adhesive tape sticking device comprises a workpiece conveying means 40 for conveying a workpiece 1, a workpiece feed means 50 having a feed roll 53 for feeding the workpiece 1 to the workpiece conveying means 40, and a double-sided adhesive tape sticking means 20 for cutting the double-sided adhesive tape 2 to a predetermined length while sticking an adhesive surface 2a of the double-sided adhesive tape 2 to the workpiece 1 parallel to one edge 1a of the workpiece 1 in a vicinity of the one edge 1a of the workpiece conveyed by the workpiece conveying means 40. Rolls 41, 42 on the feed side (the upstream side) of a pair of upper and lower belt rotating bodies 44A, 44B are driving rolls, belts 43, 44 are easily deflected on the feed side, the degree of the contact of the belts 43, 44 with the workpiece 1 is enhanced, and the workpiece can be reliably conveyed thereby.
