PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation system enabling quick business/organization diagnosis and decision making by accumulating individual member model result data, and understanding an entire situation and changes.

SOLUTION: The simulation system 100 includes: a simulation requirement input means 20 for inputting the requirements for conducting simulations; a database 24 for storing initial value data about each individual employee and their performance, the progress of the simulations, and simulation results; an initial value data reading means 21 for reading the initial value data stored in the database 24; a sub-module execution means 22 for executing simulations about a sub-module provided for each item; an output means 23 for outputting the results of the simulations executed by the sub-module execution means 22; and a control means 25 for controlling all the means.
