PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tribochemical reaction promoting structure easily causing abrasion by giving low roughness to generate a new surface, and delicately supplying a friction adjusting agent to the new surface. SOLUTION: This tribochemical reaction promoting surface structure is provided for relatively sliding a sliding surface 10 of a first member 1 and a sliding surface 4 of a second member 3 under lubrication of added oil including the friction adjusting agent.
