ARTIFICIAL RICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An artificial rice, and its manufacturing method are provided to produce the artificial rice having the feeling of eating identical to natural rice and to improve nutrition. CONSTITUTION: An artificial rice comprises grains 18.0 ~ 32.0 parts by weight; devils-tongue 6.0 ~ 16.0 parts by weight; starch 15.0 ~ 25.0 parts by weight; silk protein 1.0 ~ 4.0 parts by weight; and gluten 32.0 ~ 42.0 parts by weight. The grains comprise glutinous rice 8.0 ~ 15.0 parts by weight; and general rice 10.0 ~ 17.0 parts by weight. Preferably the artificial rice comprises further dietary fiber 1.0 ~ 6.0 parts by weight. The artificial rice mixture is mixed with water, and is compression molded.
