METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF N-SULFONYLIMIDAMIDE DERIVATIVES USING AMMONIUM SALTS UNDER CU CATALYST AND BASE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing N-sulfonylimidamide is provided to obtain N-sulfonylimidamide at high yield in a mild reaction condition using inexpensive ammonium salts through ternary coupling reaction. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing N-sulfonylimidamide by ternary coupling reaction comprises a step for obtaining an N-sulfonyl amidine compound of chemical formula (5) through a ternary coupling reaction of acetylene of chemical formula (1) and sulfonyl azide of chemical formula (2) in the presence of tertiary amine base of chemical formula (4): Et3N and copper metallic catalyst.
