<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device and an information processor for introducing a cooling medium with the optimal flow rate in a box. <P>SOLUTION: When the feed rate of a cooling medium based on the functions of cooling medium flow generation parts 31 and 43 becomes short with respect to cooling medium quantity requested by a cooling fan 81 of an information processor, the cooling medium flows in from a discharge part 78 through an opening 37 to a flow-in part 77. The inflow of the cooling medium is detected by a detection part. The control part is able to reinforce the functions of the cooling medium flow generation parts 31 and 43. Thus, the shortage of the feed rate is dissolved. On the contrary, when the cooling medium with an excessive flow rate flows in the flow-in part 77 based on the cooling medium flow generation parts 31 and 43 with the respect of the cooling medium quantity requested by a cooling fan 81, the cooling medium flows out from the flow-in part 77 through an opening 37 to a discharge part 78. The outflow of the cooling medium is detected by the detection part. The control part is able to weaken the functions of the cooling medium flow generation parts 31 and 43.
