PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a cooling capacity from getting low when cooling-operated, while securing sufficiently a sound insulating effect, in a refrigerating device provided with a cover member for the compressor, in order to obtain both effects of heat insulation and noise insulation in the compressor. SOLUTION: A flow of air in an air introducing passage (45) is permitted by a pilot valve (42), when cooling-operated, so as to introduce the air from an outer space (51) into an inner space (50), and the flow of air in the air introducing passage (45) is blocked when heating-operated.
