<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cost by suppressing an increase in the number of parts while achieving the enhancement of the efficiency of the attaching/detaching work of an ionizing probe to a housing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lever 26 is provided in the head part of a shaft 25 provided so as to pierce a flange part 22 and locking pins 27 are provided in the peripheral surface of the shaft 25 in a protruded state. An insertion hole 35, in which the shaft 25 is inserted, is formed in the housing 30 and a hand filature 35a enabling the revolution of the locking pins 27 is provided in the upper part of the insertion hole 35. A protective plate 52 covering the microswitch 40 housed in a recessed part 33 is pushed out to a part of the hand filature 35a. When the ionizing probe 20 is set to the housing 30 to make the lever 26 undergo revolving operation, the locking pin 27 gets into the region under the protective plate 52 to keep the ionizing probe 20 fixed to the housing 30 by the locking thereof.
