PURPOSE: A sliding device and a slide portable device including the same for combining two bodies are provided to reduce the difference of a first body and a second body by inclining the second body toward a user when the second body is opened from the first body. CONSTITUTION: A fixing member(21) combines with a first body(11). A sliding member(30) combines with a second body(15). The sliding member is combined in order to be slid in an opening and shutting direction. A dropping unit elevates the end of the sliding member towards the fixing member in order to be inclined to the sliding member.
