<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording paper which suppresses cockling, exhibits no bleeding, has good ink absorbing properties, exhibits a high image density, has an extremely good image uniformity, and is provided with both suitabilities of dye ink suitability and pigment ink suitability. <P>SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording paper consisting of two or more layers in which an ink solvent absorption delaying layer consisting of a pigment and an adhesive and an ink receiving layer are successively provided on a paper substrate, the inkjet recording paper is characterized in that the paper substrate has a basis weight of 40-100 g/m<SP>2</SP>, a density of 0.3-0.6 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and a Stoekigt size degree of 1-30 seconds at the basis weight of 100 g/m<SP>2</SP>, and the ink solvent absorption delaying layer is a layer comprising a flat plate-like inorganic pigment and a latex. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
