PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detachably assemble a member of a vehicular seat with better appearance. SOLUTION: A skin material 6S is configured as one piece adapted to a seat outline, and a seating portion 30 and a side support portion 40 are double-woven. The side support portion 40 is made foldable and its folding base end is single-woven. Respective pad members 6P are stored in the seating portion 30 and the side support portion 40, the seating portion 30 is disposed at a seating position of the vehicular seat 2, and hook members 32F, 34F at an end of the seating portion 30 are detachably hooked on a first frame 22. After the side support portion 40 is folded in a swelling form relative to the seating portion 30, the support portion is folded toward a seat rear side different from the seating side on its way and hook members 46F, 46F at an end of the side support portion 40 are detachably hooked on a second frame 20.
