<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear cover for fitting a mounted board for electronic device, which can fit easily the mounted board without using screws, ground-connect between the mounted board and a frame, and reduce a production cost by reducing the number of components and improving workability of assembly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rear cover for fitting the mounted board for electronic device includes a first mating part, a second mating part and a substrate holding part. A first angle projection part and a second projection part are provided to the first mating part, and a second angle projection part is provided to the second mating part. A metal through-hole arranged on one edge of the mounted board is fitted in the second angle projection part, a through-hole arranged on other edge of the mounted board is fitted in the first angle projection part while pressing the mounted board to the board holding part, and the edge is hold to the second projection part, thereby the mounted board can be fixed steadily to the rear cover without using screws.
