<p>PURPOSE: A paging device and a method thereof in a broad band wireless communications system for normally performing a paging are provided to normally supply a communication service to a user by accurately receiving a paging message. CONSTITUTION: A confirming unit(420) confirms an identifier of a paging group in an MS(Mobile Station) by using a receiving message. A calculator(440) confirms a paging cycle of the mobile station by using an identifier. The calculation unit calculates the paging offset. A transceiver(410) transmits and receives the paging message.</p> |
