MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYMERIC MICROSPHERES

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing polymeric microspheres is provided to obtain polymer spherical particles having uniform size at high yield while not using an organic solvent with body toxicity and to control the size of the polymer spherical particle. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing polymeric microspheres comprises the steps of: mixing uneven polymer particles and sol-phase polymer matrix aqueous solution in a weight ratio of 1 : 10~100 to disperse polymer particles within the sol-phase polymer matrix; gelling a sol-phase polymer matrix in which the polymer is dispersed; melting the polymer particles dispersed inside the gelled polymer matrix to make uneven spherical polymer particles; liquedifying the gelled polymer matrix; and separating and drying the polymer spherical particles from the matrix separator.
