<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system for issuing an appropriate policy to a document to be generated as data are input to a template whose browsing or printing by an arbitrary terminal is estimated without requiring any labor. <P>SOLUTION: This document management apparatus in a document management system configured of a document management apparatus and a policy server which issues a policy as an access right to a document is provided with: an access-right description determination means for collating data input into the document with access-right description defined corresponding to the data to be preliminarily input to the document, and for determining access right description to the document in which the data have been input based on a result of the collation; a requesting means for requesting the issue of the policy to the policy server based on the determined access-right description; and an applying means for applying the issued policy to the document in which the data have been input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
