<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise to a reproducing head of a disk drive. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A conductive member 150 is attached to the bottom surface of a base plate 100. A line segment foot from the gravitational center H of a connector 156 vertically down to the rotary shaft of a brushless motor 110 is set as a point F to define a line segment HF. A line segment foot from the gravitational center J of a magnetic head 130 vertically down to the rotary shaft of the brushless motor 110 is set as a point I to define a line segment JI. Within the movable range CD of the magnetic head 130, an angle θ between the line segment HF and the line segment JI becomes 90°, the minimum angle, when the magnetic head 130 is at a point C.
