<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system controller for preventing upwash of an engine by switching the presence/absence of a liquid pool processing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Only when there is no history that an estimation torque is not less than 2 [Nm] in a compressor of an air conditioning system (NO in a step S11), the liquid pool processing is performed with respect to liquefaction of a refrigerant in the compressor (step S13). Accordingly, during the operation of the air conditioning system, the liquid pool processing is performed when a liquid pool might be generated. When the compressor has already performed the normal processing, and there is no need for the liquid pool processing, an initial operation processing is performed (step S14).
