<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal device by which a preamble part can transmit by using optimal parameters for a moving speed of the mobile communication terminal device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal device 2 is provided with a power ramping section 101 for setting transmission parameters. The power ramping section 101 includes a moving state discrimination section 102 for discriminating the moving state of the one's own terminal station, and a power ramping transmission parameter selecting section 104 for setting the transmission parameters in response to the moving state that has been discriminated.
