RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND RADIO COMMUNICATION METHOD

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a radio communication method capable of highly accurately estimating the arriving direction of an interference wave and improving communication quality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The radio communication system includes a plurality of terminals and a base station. The terminals each include: an arriving direction estimating means for generating the information of arriving direction of an interference wave; a position detecting means for generating the position information of its own terminal; a terminal side transmission means for transmitting the arriving direction information and the position information to the base station; and an interference removing means for removing interference based on the information of reconversion arriving direction transmitted from the base station. The base station includes: a conversion means for converting the arriving direction information into base station arriving direction information based on the arriving direction information and the position information; a general arriving direction calculating means for generating general arriving direction information based on the plurality of base station arriving direction information; a reconversion means for reconverting the general arriving direction information into reconverted arriving direction information; and a base station side transmission means for transmitting the reconverted arriving direction information to the plurality of terminals.
