<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information receiving-side device for receiving information from an information providing-side device by radio and recording at least a portion of the information inside, the information receiving-side device surely deleting the information provided from the information providing-side device when the information becomes unnecessary. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information receiving-side device in this information management system deletes information received from the information providing-side device among information recorded in a data temporary storing part 33 (S510) if a distance d to the information providing-side device is equal to or larger than a distance threshold D1 (S420: YES). According to such an information receiving-side device, the distance d to the information providing-side device determines whether the information provided from the information providing-side device 10 becomes unnecessary, so that it can be determined whether or not the information provided from the information providing-side device 10 is unnecessary information with high accuracy.
