<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saved space and a reduced cost, and to perform accurate simultaneous parallel photographing with no synchronization shift by simplifying an apparatus configuration during performing synchronous photographing by a plurality of high-speed camera apparatuses. Ž<P>SOLUTION: One master apparatus 10 is mounted with a synchronization timing signal generating part 21 for generating a signal for synchronization photographing, and a plurality of other camera apparatuses are defined as a following slave apparatus 11A. The master apparatus 10 is provided with a delay measurement part 24 for pre-measuring a delay time in order to avoid the influence of a signal delay due to the length and the kind of signal cables 12a and 12b for synchronization for connecting the master apparatus and the slave apparatuses, and stores correction data in a storing part 25 on the basis of the measured delay time. During photographing, a synchronizing signal is subjected to delay processing based on the correction data in a delay processing part 24 and an internal delay processing part 23 to eliminate time deviation of the synchronizing signal input to respective photographing control parts 26 and 42.
