Ž<P>SOLUTION: This X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus that is provided with an X-ray source, an X-ray detector for detecting a signal of transmission X-ray by a plurality of X-ray detecting elements, and an image display section displaying the transmission X-ray signal detected by the X-ray detector as an X-ray image, is further provided with a top board angle detection encoder detecting an inclination angle of a top board of a table, where a subject is placed, from the horizontal position, an oppression force detection circuit for detecting oppression force of an oppression cylinder for pressing a part of the subject, an X-ray detection circuit for detecting that the X-ray is emitted from the X-ray source, a storage means previously storing alarm patterns and volume patterns according to respective operations of a reverse inclination, the oppression and the radioscopic imaging, and a control means changing an alarm sound based on respective signals of a reverse inclination signal output from the top board angle detection encoder, an oppression signal output from the oppression force detection circuit and a transmission signal output from the X-ray detection circuit.
