PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abdominal girth measuring device capable of easily and precisely measuring the abdominal girth of a measured person and capable of reducing the stress on a measuring person and the measured person. SOLUTION: A plurality of distance measuring sensors 3 and point light projection parts 91 and 92 are disposed on the inner side of an abdominal girth meter 100. A control part 11 of a CPU 10 drives the point light projection parts 91 and 92 to emit light, and the point light is projected on the surface of the abdominal region of the measured person. When the measuring person presses a position setting button 62, the control part 11 executes the measurement of the distance by the respective distance measuring sensors 3. The control part 11 detects the angle of inclination of a frame 1 by an inclination angle detection part 8, and controls an arithmetic operation part 12 to estimate the abdominal girth by the arithmetic operation when the frame 1 is in a horizontal state.
