PURPOSE: A colored photosensitive resin composition is provided to improve ink repellency, thereby allowing to be applied for the formation of the black matrix of a color filter. CONSTITUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a photopolymerizable compound; an ink repelling compound; a photopolymerization initiator; and a colorant, wherein the ink repelling compound is a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated group and a fluorine atom and acrylic acid. The content of the unit derived from the monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated group and a fluorine atom is 30 ~ 80 mass %, and the content of the unit derived from the acrylic acid is 0.1 ~ 20 mass %.
