WARPAGE CHECKER FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

PURPOSE: A warpage checker of a final check line of a memory module PCB is provided to automate a check process by mechanically performing the warpage check of the PCB through a noncontact sensor. CONSTITUTION: A warpage checker includes a sensor(103) and a supply unit(105). A sensor is installed in the center of an upper side of a frame(101). The sensor checks the warpage of the PCB. The supply unit is installed in a lateral side of the sensor and supplies the PCB to the sensor. The supply unit includes a roller, a droop prevention plate, and a close adhesion unit. The roller is installed in the roller bracket. A supply belt is connected to the roller bracket. The roller rotates by the driving unit. The warpage prevention plate is installed in the lower part of the supply belt to prevent the droop of the PCB. The close adhesion unit prevents the separation between the droop prevention plate and the supply belt.
