PURPOSE:To improve efficiencies in drying or reaction of powder by arranging a partition plate extending to the vicinity of a vessel bottom, by blowing a gas through a clearance between the vessel and the partition plate and by bringing the gas into contact with the powder while vibrating the vessel. CONSTITUTION:Solid material such as powder, etc., is contained in a vessel 11 by charging through a material charge port 13 and a gas introduced through a gas inlet 14 such as hot air, reaction gas, etc., is blown into a solid material side of the vessel 1 through a clearance 15 between the vessel and a partition plate 12, which extends to the vicinity of the vessel bottom. The powder P can be efficiently agitated, mixed and brought into contact with the gas by vibrating the vessel 11 with a vibration equipment 16, which is attached to the bottom of the vessel 11, together with making the powder P fluidized by the blown-in gas. It is possible, at that time, to reduce a blast pressure of the gas and to suppress a carry-over of powder out of the gas outlet 17. |
